Very fast. Attached to my network and other computer. Prints fast and the ink that came with it has lasted a long time. Usually the ink that you get with a new printer doesn't. Would get another Epson. Also they have discounts on ink 10 to 15% off

I have had prior Epson workforce printer. This one was difficult to install, and I have had to contact customer support several times. Customer support, however, was very polite and helpful. Just a pain to have to keep calling them. As for the print job itself, cleaning the heads has to be done quite frequently, almost with every print job. The quality of the print job is fair. Nothing is a standout on this machine, sorry to say.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3620 IS A DUD I WAIST PAPER. FOR NO REASON
THIS PRINTER WILL WORK .ONE DAY& THE NEXT DAY.I HAVE TO SPEND HOURS TRYING TO GET THE DARN THING TO WORK.IT SOUND LIKE THE ROLLS IN IT WILL COME APART.AND I GET A MESSAGE TO
TAKE OUT JAM PAPER WHEN THEIR NO PAPER IN IT..I SPEND MORE TIME TRING TO FIX THE DARN THING THAN I CAN PRINT.

Don't buy one if you have a MAC

I bought this Epson WF-3620 printer because it allegedly supported my MACBOOK Pro laptop. I can occasionally get it to print. I have had to work on it constantly. I lost my voice box to surgery. I am a Viet Nam Veteran with Agent Orange poisoning, this cancer. Thus, calling a help line os problematic.
