Nice Printer Can't operate it with wifi

I picked up the printer today. I installed it according to the instructions but am unable to hook up the WIFI. I called customer service but they closed at 4pm. I bought an EPSON because that is what I had. I figured the ink would interchange but they don't. Now I have ink I cannot use. My other EPSON that I bought in 2012. The FAX feature quit working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for scanning to the cloud

I got this device primarily for its ability to scan directly to a cloud destination and it does that wonderfully. I set the device up to work off my wifi network and configured the scanning options from the front panel of the device. I have it set to scan to either Evernote or Google Drive. Other options included Dropbox and (I think) Box.
This is the slickest scanning operation I have ever had. No need to have the computer on or scanning software loaded and running. Just drop the paper in the document feeder, mash about 3 or 4 buttons and off it goes. Each scan can be configured from the front panel for paper size and one or two sided documents. Another button on the front lets you select a color or b/w scan.
FWIW, the printer works fine - I use it primarily through Google Cloud Print (easy to set up) and can print from any computer - home, laptop, work, tablet and android phone.
I use the printer very little, but the scanner is a lifesaver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cumbersome Product and Too Many Ink Cartridges

This printer is huge in size. It takes up half of my desk and should be about one quarter in size. Why are there five ink cartridges? Why can't there be one? Why is ink so expensive? Why can't I get 500 copies out of the cartridges?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
