The print quality is good. When I had alignment trouble, fixing it was straightforward. Printing with the preview is cumbersome. The additional step is slow to load. I have been disappointed with scanning. It seems I have to reboot my computer every time I want to scan, or the printer cannot connect to it over the WiFi connection. I am also disappointed that OCR scanning is not included. I was sure when I decided on the printer that OCR was a feature, and I have not been able to find any advertising that says one way or another whether it is. I would not have ordered this model if I had known it did not include OCR scanning. Apart from that and the other scanning issue, and the slow-loading preview, it is an adequate machine for my purposes. I do not use it for faxing, so I have no way to review that feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very happy and pleased with this printer. love the size, quick printing, easy to operate and understand.

My new Epson WF 3620 prints, scans, faxes out well. It shares a phone line that has voice mail
with the telephone company I use.
The trouble is it does not receive faxes. Lots of
techs have looked at it, everyone has a different
opinion but none seem to have solved the problem.

This device is a reliable work-horse with a great footprint on my desk top. Looks nice; runs nicely; great machine for the money.

Oh wow! I had to get rid of my old Epson printer/scanner, it just stopped workin', I only hung on to it because I could still use the scanner
Now this one, I love the way my print outs have been comin' out, I can only imagine how my pictures will look like.
The price was good also...
