great for the price

Fast printing. Easy to network with computers and iphones/ipads. The touch screen controls are not completely intuitive, but it is okay. the print quality could be a little better, but it is fine for home use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epsom WF 3620

i bought this printer with value vs HP which would not connect on IP this printer connected to my Macbook book Pro with no problems a simple setup i ran the CD as i have Thunderbolt Super Drive for a software download which took all of 3minutes for download and i am impressed it does take four inks vs 2 for HP but i like the paper tray other hanging on the back on most standard printers

Epson Put out the best

best purchase in a printer after trying other brands in the past. I feel Epson printer Workforce WF-3620 exceeds my expectations and more I highly recommend Epsom Printers to anyone that want a trouble free printer

Install experience

Not a real tekkie when it comes to these things.
Install took about an hour. Was using Charter internet connection and attempted a wireless install but ended up having to connect to my Gateway laptop via USB cable to make wireless install. Good thing my previous copier's cable worked. Install was kinda slow to respond and quick start instructions left me uneasy when there were many references in the "quick start manual" and install process referring to "checking online instructions" though I found that unnecessary. Haven't tried to wirelessly print anything or from a short distance from the laptop yet and wish there were some 'highlights' as how to without going online. 'Test print' quality looked acceptable for my needs. Hope photo quality as good.

Paper tray cofusing

The set-up of this product is super easy until you have to put the paper tray back in. It's a little confusing because the instruction pamphlet doesn't tell the user to pull the lever back to let the paper tray go all the way back. Other than that it's self explanatory!! Thank you for such a fine product!!!
