My poor tired old Epson Artisan 800 died a peaceful death. Replaced her with a shiny new WF3620. Easy to install, can't wait to put her to work.

I have not gotten the printer to print yet. I am connecting it to operate wirelessly. I want it to support remote i Phone, i pad, and feed from an i mac. No complaint yet, I am still working on the limited directions. It certainly should be a good one

Easy to set up Took a long time to do it.Printed pictures not very good prints. Pictures too dark looked very good on computer screen. Tried different paper type settings same results. Need printed quick guides in printer box for how to print photo's what type paper. how to send fax .

I just got your Epson (WF-3620) and I unable to print from my computer. there's no manual and I was advise that can call directly to Epson and I don't have a phone number. I wish I can get some help from you Thank your HAPPY NEW YEAR.

The easiest WiFi setup I've ever seen. Just purchased it today but so far everything seems to work as intended. At this point I am very pleased.
