Just got this, super easy install and working flawlessly at the moment. Went with Epson because past experience, I have a WF 645 at my office and it has given excellent service for several years. Hope this new one does as well!

Ridiculously difficult to install and setup!!!

This printer is by far the most difficult program I have ever installed on a computer or lap top. It look me 3 hours and two lap tops in order to get it installed. My last printer I was able to install within 5-10 minutes. My first lap top, on the first step it stayed at 42% progress for over an hour although the internet signal was "excellent." Then it said it failed. The second laptop took even longer. I hope the printer is worth the amount of time it took to install.

this unit is very disappointing, tried to scan and email to someone, can never find it , sends it to god knows where I send to my documents , but never reaches it, also the ink runs out faster than anything that I have seen, printing is poor quality even after new ink cartridges. All In all , I will never buy another one

I was very disappointed in the color! I just bought this 10-2014 & started printing a Christmas project & the color red was a red/orange. I ended up taking the printer back. However my Husband has a better quality one at the office and likes it.

i just purchased this printer. never had this BRAND BEFORE. WAS SO EASY TO SET UP WORKED THE FIRST TIME. PRINT QUALITY GREAT

I would have preferred one color cartridge printer. I do not like multiple color cartridges. I had to have a new printer and this was recommended by my son. He has one and has been pleased with it. I am getting use to it. I do not think the quality of print is as good as my previous printer. I like the idea that it holds 150 sheets of paper. Change is not always easy to accept.
