Ease of Setting up

This is my 2nd wireless printer. It was very easy to set up. I have Mac & a Windows PC. Was able to set on both ver easily. It is printing nicely & scanning nicely. Have to check the fax function yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer fits into my desk drawer nicely and I was pleased to learn that I could connect to my Wi-Fi without using a USB cord. The printer has built in ethernet! Haven't tried all the functions but I'm looking forward to trying them out. I was able to set it up using instructions provided, no sweat!
It's solidly built. Doesn't have a paper tray that is easily broken by my fat cat. I'm able to load at least an inch-deep of paper into the main paper tray. I like the way the ink is set up in that I don't have to replace the whole cartridge if I run out of one color. I like the duplex printing feature. I like the paper feed that allows me to print an envelope, for example, without removing the paper from the main tray.

ease of installation

I like the new Epson 3620 printer that we just got, but the set up is difficult & getting the Fax to work, took hrs & it still is not working correctly. I could Fax back to Epson, but not to other companies. Somewhat disappointed with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy breezy

This is my first EPSON printer. It was the easiest setup I have ever had on any electronic product. It took 15 minutes from out of the box to registration. It's very, very intuitive. Thank you, EPSOM. I have had terrible problems with my last 2 printers. They cost much more than this WF-3620 and they gobbled up expensive ink like crazy. I'm telling all my friends to switch to this printer. It has easy to follow instructions, and the buttons and screen are the most user-friendly I have seen.

Just installed ...

I just installed the Epson WorkForce WF-3620 and find that it prints cleanly, copies black and white photos much better that my previous printer. I'm looking forward to using this printer to scan in the thousands of photos left by my parents so my sibs will have access to them.

It delivered this afternoon. Got it all hooked up and downloaded. Scanned my first document to email and it worked perfect. Printed a picture off my IPhone and it worked as well. Nice printer, and fax if you want. Recommend it for the Quality and Price.
