While we have not had a lot of run time with this printer yet, it appears very fast and easy to use. The setup went VERY smoothly and just as the instructions provided. This is our second wireless Epson printer and we couldn't be more pleased. Good price and great features for a home printer for doing work from home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Lightweight Printer

I have been a fan of Epson now for about 2 years since purchasing our previous WF-3540. What I love about the WF-3620 however is how lightweight it is & just how small it's footprint is. Setting this guy up was simply a breeze; given the enclosed quick-start guide, which is all that's needed, set-up was done in actually less than 30 minutes including the time it took to update the firmware. This even includes fax capability although we don't need that for our home use. I recommend this printer to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free, easy-to-use home or small business printer.

I have been happy so far with how the Epson WorkForce WF-3620 has performed. It is set up in the basement and has met the needs of our 5 person household which includes one High School student and one University student. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is it is a bit slow to respond. If we send a print job, we can saunter down to the basement and still have to wait a minute or longer till the printer springs to life. Once it starts printing it prints quite rapidly. This is not a deal breaker by any means, and we have learned to relax and take out time! The print quality of both text and photos is very good. On my wish list would be 1) cheaper ink and 2) faster Wi-Fi response times.

Connectivity

Computer connects to the network just fine but none on my computers or mobile device can find the printer!!!! I have followed all the instructions and have spent hours and am TOTALLY FRUSTRATED. Printout of network status says everything is just fine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrated

I have been trying for two days to get this device connected to my computer, and every time I think I am done something else comes up, now I am trying to get the scanner part to connect to my computer. The fax and printer is finally working, but the scanner keep sending a error, saying check to see if computer is on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think this was a great decision to purchase this printer it was very easy to setup I am a senior citizen. I love the way it does the scanning and it is so much easier to operate than the one I had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ridiculous that the quick guide doesn't include set up instructions. Printer is way easier once you login, download manual, etc. Put it in the book and it would have been a 5 minute process, vs 10 minutes pushing all the buttons that did nothing.
