OOPS Password Troubles

Printer works great. Every time I choose a password for the support sign in I get a glaring red notice that tells me "either your address or password is wrong" I would have ordered from your store today but I can't login.
Like I said I have no issues with the printer, just logging in to the site!

Disappointed

I'm a teacher and I purchased this printer to use at home. My number one reason for buying this printer was it's ability to print on Cardstock using the rear feeder. Well, to date I have not had any success!! I followed the directions in the manual and after talking with tech support for over 30 minutes, still no luck! The rep told me I needed to use at least 68 lb cardstock (I had 65 lb). Trying to remain positive, I went to the store. I couldn't find 68 lb. but I did find 70 lb and 110 lb. I was eager to try printing again and after multiple tries it wouldn't print correctly!
I can't begin to describe my frustration and disappointment with this printer. If you're looking to print on cardstock, DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!
I would have given it 1 star but it does print nicely on regular copy paper.

Installing the WF-3620 All-in-One Printer

The information delivered on the CD about the installation is easy to follow. Take your time, do not attempt to install when you are in a hurry. It took only one hour and the printer is already running like a charm over the network. Note that there is a cover which should be lifted before we can install the cartridges, it shows on the Start Here information paper. Great job, Thanks.

Set up

Please give more instruction for the set up of this all in one. A tip that the task screen is touch sensitive would have helped. Technical support was excellent and for me absolutely necessary.

My printer wasn't printing correctly, We ran thru all the trouble shooting which didn't help so they sent me a different printer in a very timely fashion

Easy to Setup & Use

This is the second WF - 3620 Printer and love the easy setup on my Wyfi network. Had a mechanical issue with my last one after a year and a half of hard use.
I still went out and looked for the same unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
