so far so good. Easy set up and used the download drivers to do this not the installed cd. printing is very fast but loud. Scanning was easy.. happy so far

Easy set-up

Found it was very easy to set up my Epson WF-3620. Connecting the wireless internet proved to be very simple. Now I'm ready to enjoy wireless printing from my laptop. Thanks for the friendly user instructions.

I have only had the printer for a week now but love it. I have not had an opportunity to use the fax as yet but hope I like it too. I love the speed of the printer and the many features available.

difficulty with faxes

unable to send or receive faxes with with new WF3620. Same with last one, 2 yrs old.
Phone line has 2 uses: one live phone/voice mail
and the other: fax.
Directions say DSL filter connection needed. The
phone company guys & my tech say no. But I reread the directions and they say "yes." So I ordered a modem.
This is difficult for me because I am 80 years old
and while I am a good therapist, I am not experienced with this stuff. I am missing important faxes.
