Pretty good printer, a few niggles

Overall, this is an excellent printer that I am very happy with and would recommend.
Print quality is very good and output is reasonably fast for a moderate-use home printer. The color quality is very good for a 4 cartridge CMYK printer, and it is great to have 2-sided printing at this price point. Having wireless capability is wonderful.
A couple drawbacks:
- Seems you can't replace the ink cartridges early, say if you have a print job on expensive paper and you don't want to run out of ink in the middle. Directions say to open the scanner top and replace the ink, but error occurs as soon as the top is open, and the print heads stay in parked position, preventing you from opening the plastic retainer over the cartridges.
- Can't handle more than 1 sheet at a time in manual feeder. It would be nice if it could do even 5 at a time.

I bought the all in one printer after checking out reviews online.The Epson WF3620 fit my needs for home use and the price was right in my budget.The installation was very easy just follow quick setup guide.The wireless setup was super easy using setup wizard on the printer.The clarity of photos was crisp and clear.Documents whether in color or black& white was sharp.The software included was easy to do .The scanner was smooth and quiet and printer noise overall was quiet! The only disappointment was no USB cable for laptop or desktop.This model also has Ethernet hookup which some model's don't.I would highly recommend for home or small business a lot more bang out of this printer that you would expect to get out of a more costly unit! 5 Stars

Happy about this printer

I have had my Epson WF-3620 for 6 months now. I am very happy with it. It has never had a paper jam or any problem printing. It is very fast on both one-sided and two-sided printing. It makes quick work of scanning single and double-sided documents placed in the ADF (automatic document feeder). Black and white and color printing quality is quite good, though I have not yet tried printing photos. My computer frequently lost communication with my previous printer (not an Epson), requiring a reboot, but this has never happened with the WF-3620.
The scanning application that came with the printer is easy to use and does all I need.
I have used it successfully as a copier without computer intervention, but don't have occasion to do this much.
Setup was OK. The setup instructions are definitely geared toward setting up a Wi-Fi connection. I had intended to follow through with Ethernet, but it works so quickly and well over Wi-Fi, that I never got around to putting it on Ethernet.
I haven't kept track of pages printed, so I can't say how many I get per ink cartridge, but ink consumption has not been a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the best

I love the printer and quality but it is a little slow and the connection to my computer constantly goes "offline" causing it to not work. Very frustrating when I have lots to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Did not take to long to setup, save your usb wire from old printer you will need it to set up your pc to printer or you can set up wifi to printer from pc.
Before you can put in ink cartridge you must set up printer like English and time and so on on panel. other wise printer cartridge wont move. usb port is on left side of printer when you are in front of printer.

Prints great color pictures

Colors on pictures are very life like and bright. Printer is very fast on documents, so much better than my other printers. Just love it!

Easy and fast

Hooked it up and let printer do its thing.
Connections were as simple as pushing buttons.
It is exciting to print from other areas, plus from multiple devices, but the best part is allowing family and friends to print from their own phones and computers from anywhere.
What a wonderful product!

I think this is the best printer I have ever owned. I love the bottom try paper fill. It is wonderful having the LCD screen on the printer. Fax is great. Copy is great. I just can't say enough about it other than it is a great printer for the budget price, if you want quality printing scanning copy fax capabilities.
