my very first epson

this is my very first Epson all in one printer/fax machine...got it on sale at office depot .. this was very easy to set up.. these days you need a home printer and fax machine because why run to a store and pay to have your work done. and its great for sending in rebates for the things I buy.. there are less and less mail-in offers everybody wants everything done on line.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set up of printer

The printer was packaged very well. The instructions were fussy because of issues that would be caused by assembly in the wrong order, BUT anyone smart enough to do exactly as instructed cannot go wrong. The rest of the set up was flawless. The only issue was that I wanted the drives set up on D drive, and was not given that option. Otherwise, all is well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Peasy Set up

Printer is light in weight.
Very simple to set up. Great directions to follow, both directions included in the box and the CD set up to completion.
Have mine set up for wireless and it was a piece of cake!
Quick prints.
I may need to buy ink soon, though, I think the ink cartridges that came with the printer are heading towards dry but the prints for color.

Easy installation and awesome product!

Installing my new Workforce WF-3620 was a breeze. It took minimal effort and I was pleasantly surprised with the print quality. The touchscreen displays vivid colors and is very easy to navigate. I'm beyond happy with this purchase!

setup help

I ran into problems setting up my 3620. A couple of things were due to my ignorance, but a couple of more had to do with poor directions on the setup literature and gaps in the cd installation. I called 3 times, was put on hold only briefly, and was dealt with skillfully land patiently by all three technicians I talked to

URNS OUT IT WAS A MINOR ISSUE OF JUST CLEANING THE METAL CONNECTORS, MAKING SURE THAT THERE WERE HOLES IN THE INK CARTRIGES AND CAREFULLY REINSERTING EACH INKJET BACK IN STARTING WITH BLACK 1ST AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. NOW IF I CAN JUST GET THE EPSON CONNECT ON POINT ID BE A HAPPY LADY.
