Super easy to install, great product. Will be used primarily by our kids for school-related projects. Nice to have all-in-one; printer, copier, scanner.

Still a good printer

I use my printers to print invoices and mailing envelopes, but the back slot feeder keeps rejecting the envelopes. I'm going to try a driver update. I'm using Windows 10 which forced me to get a new printer. Have not setup the fax option yet.

Got this brand spankin new WF-3620 for Christmas from my wife, and so far I'm loving it. It has everything and more than I need for work and school. HOWEVER...the startup instructions need to include a more detailed account of how to install ink cartridges, not to mention and disclaimer to let the consumer know that you may need to clean the printer head several times and run several tests to ensure that something is actually going to print. That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing how this holds up under my school/work load. Thanks so much Epson for another quality product...I'll keep you posted.
