A very quite and fast machine. Easy to set up and use. I wish they had a phone support number for some of us that need help or guidance.

Love this printer. It was simple to install and hook into our Wi-Fi. Enjoy being able to print from my tablet and phone. The color is wonderful.

So far I'm pleased with the ease of use! It was simply take it out the box attach and put in the CD it downloaded without issue and prompts for each command.....I would buy another in a minute

My Epson Work Force WF-3620 All-in-One Printer was easy to set up and has worked well for me. My wife, who is not a computer person, makes copies with ease. I would recommend it to a friend. It prints professional looking photos as well.

I couldn't be happier with this my first Epson product purchase. I was up and printing about 10 minutes out of the box. It took me a couple of minutes to realize that the enclosed instructional CD was not necessary with Windows 10 but it was all good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
