Can't printer to the queue.

So excited to get a new printer. It keeps going into fax mode to add to my printer queue. Very frustrating. It is taking way to long to set this up.

Epson Setup Instructions - Help Desk

Excellent setup instructions. The instructions were easy to follow and everything connected right away. Max at your help desk was extremely patient and professional (I was unprofessional because I have water on my knee ..I was like a bear with a sore bum ...and had no patience and she worked through it!!). God love her!! She emailed me the instructions and it worked like a dream. My apologies to Max and great thanks to Epson.

Setup OK, but . . .

Replacement for 7-yr old CX-8400. Setup OK, but enclosed instructions to do so left out some needed information on steps to take. Had to figure it out on my own. Delayed setup only about 10 minutes. An earlier review convinced me to get this WF-3620 b/c it cited Chome actions about old OS 10.6.8 not being supported anymore. That and complete breakdown of old printer!
