My new Epsom printer

I can't believe it, after having had HPs for years and my last one quite printing black after 2 years with no help from hp l bought a Epsom workforce 3620. It was easy to install, connect to the Internet, connect to laptop and iPhone! Prints great, I am a happy camper with my new printer!

Altogether, a super printer. Setup was easy and finding supplies is even easier. My husband was surprised at the speed of it for the price. Last but not least we do love the front/back printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Printer

I have had the WF 3620 All In One for about 4 months and would recommend it highly to anybody who wants an excellent inexpensive all in one printer. I even have the fax hooked up via VOIP and it works well as long as you don't try and fax too many pages at once. (I use a MagicJack)

i open the box set it up as stated, went to copy, the print quite is not up to par. will have to take back to get adjusted so it will print as well as my old printer. need to do my quality control so this doesn't happen to other that follow me.

Very Slow, Very Poor Print Quality

I have been a huge fan of Epson for more years than I will admit. As a technology retail store owner and manager I have literally bought and sold 1000s of Epson printers over the years and have owned several, including this one.
This is by far the worst printer I have ever seen. Painfully slow wireless printing and extremely poor print quality. I've contacted tech support several times and have replaced the printer 3 times trying to get these to function as all the others I've owned have, to no avail.
The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is the paper handling is very good, but that's it. As I write this I'm waiting for the printer to print 10 copies of a document. It's been 15 minutes so far and still not finished! The colors are washed out and dull. Definitely not what I'm used to from Epson.

This printer has had a difficult time communicating with my computer, it burns through ink too quickly and color copies are not as clear and vibrant as I'd like them to be. Fine for basic, non business related printing. Not recommended if you are printing copies for others to see/use.

Epson WF 3620 is giving me fits

I can't get the printer to stop shooting out blank pages with everything I try to print. Also constantly jams. If it doesn't calm down soon it is going right back...thank goodness for replacement warranty.

set-up instructions enclosed with printer unclear

The initial set-up instructions were good through #5:"connect the fax line". I could not determine if the software cd was needed or not. Finding proper online instructions for wireless connection was somewhat difficult for me. After locating the correct instructions and downloading the files pertinent to my Windows version, installation went quickly. Connection with my Wi-Fi was then easy and straightforward.
