I like all of the features but did struggle to get the wi-fi connection up and running.
Part of that problem is i'm not computer savey.

Great home office printer

I use this printer mainly to work out of my home office. It does it all!
Scan, print, fax all with wifi! Great quality & when the ink cartridges are low, you can get free shipping and order the ink directly from your computer screen.

not so easy to get started 2 hours and counting

My friends tried to hook this up and couldn't. I am tech challenged and I'm still trying to set it up it has taken 2 hours so far and I'm now trying to get on WIFI The phone help was good how ever. I have had two now and they are done in 1 year after warranty. Hardly ever use it but doesn't last long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer for the price

We have low volume printing needs and wanted a wifi printer as we moved from a desktop to laptop based household. This has proven to be great. it was easy to set up and we have printed from all our devices from all over the house. It prints quickly, and beautifully. We haven't printed photos yet, but given that it is an Epson I expect those to be beautiful.

Trying a new printer

I have just acquired this Epson WF-3620 All-in-One printer, so I haven't much to tell about it's performance, it tells me it has go many features that makes it a great product, so I expect I will be writing something in the near future, hope it will be good

Quality at a beautiful price

Epson created a winner this time. When this all in one first hit the market, it was still more affordable than its competitors. With more features, it does EVERYTHING and more with its Precision Core™ Technology. Right out the box, Epson's support team's there just in case they're needed. I haven't tried printing photos just yet, but with the performance so far and its laser sharp images on just paper, I truly believe that I'll be just as pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!
