Product prints very fast and scans and copies very rapidly. Output is clean and sharp. Haven't tried faxing yet. Color prints look quite good and colors appear accurate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

The printer is great at basic printing and excels printing web pages, pictures, envelopes, cards, business cards, and everything else I have had to print. Printing from my iPhone is a breeze. This is really a great printer that is truly a hard working work horse and is very easy to set up and use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that the printer stops working when out of a single color of int. It doesn't continue to print a document of poor quality as one of my other brand of printers.
The ink is expensive and that is something that EPSON should work on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with WF-3620

I have had problems with this printer starting about 30 days after purchase. I only print between 20 and 30 pages a week so I have not overloaded this device
Sometimes the printer prints all the colors correctly and other times it prints only one or two of the colors or the wrong colors. I have run the various maintenance routines and changed out the ink with Epson products and none of this has helped the printing.
I discussed the problems with the Office Product Store where I purchased the printer and their advice was to replace it with a new one which I had to pay full price for.
I have now resorted to just printing with Black ink in the high resolution mode
This printer is not as reliable as past Epson Printers and I am going to be forced into purchasing a new one and will not be an Epson
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
