Before purchasing this printer I did my due diligence and comapred several other printers within the same price range. I felt that this one had more features and better quality for the price. It also helped that it was on sale! After using this printer for a year now I have had mixed feelings about this printer. I have only used a few features on this printer and feel that each feature has had some issues. Just the other day I went to print my resume and wanted to make four copies, the printer grabbed three sheets at once and were spaced about 1/4" apart so the paper was no good as they all had ink on them. Operator error when placing the paper? You be the judge. The other feature that I use is the copy/scan, it works great and I feel that the quality of scan is very good, however I feel that the copy/scan time is very slow. I'm used to using a Richo printer from work which scans documents in a matter of seconds, this one takes 2-3 minutes to scan one side. I've looked up reviews/complaints on this product and it's either A) This is typical scan time for a home office printer and was spoiled by the Richo or B) My scanner doesn't work properly and should scan documents in matter of seconds, not minutes! Take it for what it's worth, but these are my couple issues I've had with this printer. I would recommend this product to a friend, but would tell them my concerns and to look at all options before buying this one.

terrific home printer

If you are looking for a simple all in one home printer that is a real bargain, look no further. This one is all that and then some. It is a workhorse that gets the job done. I love it.

This printer/scanner/copier combo has been dependable and provides the expected quality. Unlike past wireless printers I've owned, this one has not dropped the wifi connection and that is a plus. We are also able to print from our mobile devices which is another plus.
Ink usage and cost is an issue but no more than with other similar printers in this class. Would recommend to others and would buy another Epson printer in the future

I'm disappointed. It doesn't have the resize to fit enlargement feature that I used on my older printer. Using this printer with Windows 10 doesn't even allow me to scan & enlarge. Altho I can replace the colors separately--it seems to use more ink. And, ink only sold on-line or at office stores. It also takes up a lot more workspace--had to buy another cabinet/table.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printer is very fast, prints very clear. You can load a lot of paper into it so you will not be constantly reloading it. The draw back on it is the ink is pretty expensive. The ink does last longer then other printers I have had but be prepaired when you need to get more.

Have had printer for about 6 months. Have not had any issues. Was easy to set up on network. I would recommend this printer to others. I have not use the fax component so I cannot rate that.

I love my Epson printer!! This is my 2nd one - only needed another one so I could upgrade! I have been pleased with its performance and would never buy another brand!!
