Great quality and a snap to install

I needed an all-in-one with fax for my home office. I have always had HP but wasn't thrilled with my last. It never worked well on a wireless basis.
As soon as you need a fax your price doubles on these machines. Not this one. Very reasonably priced and it installed first go round. Working very well on Windows Office 7 Professional. Seamless. This piece of equipment has made my printing, scanning and faxing needs so simple.
Thank you Epson. I'm a convert and will highly recommend to others in the market for an all-in-one.

Epson 3620 Workforce Sweet Machine

I purchased the Epson 3620 Workhorse printer and two words sums it up for me....Sweet Machine!!!! It prints clear beautiful copies, it is also very fast and quiet. I purchased this unit to use for my small business. Worth every penny.

Very happy with this printer. I had heard about quality issues but they seem to have them. Lots of functionality. Love the feed, two sided copying & printing...Photos lookk great. Seems to be pretty good in terms of ink efficiency....The remote access works well.

Fires up quick after long unuse. Like the document feeder, especially 2-sided. Haven't had a problem yet!

I needed to replace my printer. (Printer only worked when it felt like it.) Ink price was out of the world.
I decided to try Epson, and I'm glade I did!
I no longer have to take out a loan for ink!
I use this printer in my home office where I print about 100 to 150 pages a month. No complaints .
If this printer ever dies, I will again go to Epson for a placement.
