The Epson WorkForce WF-3620 is fantastic. It was easy to sent up along with connecting to my wireless router. Its preformed excellent. The scanner, printer and copier work great. The only challenge was with the fax and it's probably because of the need to have a normal landline cord within my office. Luckily fax technology is outdated so the need for faxing is very rare. Otherwise I'm pleased with this recent purchase. Of course, the very competitive price is a big plus too.

Good Bang For Your Hard Earned Dollar

Great printer for the price! Have used another brand for decades but no more after trying Epson for the first time. Turns on/off quickly & pretty quietly, holds 1/2 ream of paper that is easy-peasy to load & changing ink cartridges is a snap. Print jobs run faster than the other non-laser brand I used before. Having used another brand for so long, I had a tiny struggle learning the set-ups & menu/sub-menu screen flows on the printer controls but this was just a minor adjustment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer was easy to set up. My only complaint would be you have go to Epson site to obtain user Manual. I would suggest you save it for future reference. Overall, it does it all prints, copies, scans and fax. Well worth the money.

I love it. I can print my screens without having to download first.. I love the regular printing but I feel the photos could be better. They come out faded looking. All the rest I love!

Great little work horse

The first thing I liked about this printer is it's compact size. It does everything my old printer did but takes up way less room. Very important to me because I use it in my home. With a family of six every bit of space counts! The Epson Workforce was easy to set up with my computer and is easy to use. This printer is quite the work horse in our family. With four kids it gets used constantly for homework, science fair projects, speaking notes, reports, recipes, soccer, lacrosse and football schedules, chore lists, thank you letters, party invitations, not to mention random pictures of athletes, puppies and other cool stuff that just has to go up in their rooms or taped to a folder!
