great printer does everything I need it to do.Faxes ,prints copy and scan.The only thing that might turn people off is that its kind of loud when printing but no big deal. Other then that it works great.I would recommend the WF-3620 to any body.

Terrific printer

I really like this printer. I use it for a home office. I bought it for the speed and separation of ink colors.
It's met all my expectations. The two-sided printing, two sided scanning for copy and scan modes, and the speed are all terrific features.
My only wish is that the text were a 'blacker black'

This printer has worked out well for us. My son loves the wireless feature and I like the two sided printing feature. It is definitely bigger than I expected, but seems to work well. I liked how it set itself up and is really easy to use. I would recommend buying this printer/ copier.

Nice little machine. What I like: ease of installation and the fact that it holds a large supply of paper--my even newer xp-830 has a smaller paper capacity requiring frequent re-loads. Two quibbles: I don't like the color black--prefer beige. And--why not have a more comprehensive manual included with the machine? We are not all brilliant computer nerds.

A really good printer. With one problem. I tried every angle to activate the wireless part of the printer on the printer itself and online. I put the IP Address online and it couldn't find it. It timed out, no response.I put the SSID List in the setup, with the proper password and it couldn't find the printer.I even went on the printer-Epson Connect and it said it was unregistered. But I did register it. I'm totally baffled. I need help ASAP!!!!!!!!

This is the most complicated printer we have ever owned... Online manual is not very helpful.
