I researched many printers and finally made my decision to purchase this one. It had the best reviews. It was easy to set up for both myself and husband to used any where in the house.

was in need of a new printer, was looking at other brands. sale rep sold me on this printer. very easy to set up. seems to be well built and prints very fast. a great printer for the money!!!

Function of my new Epson is so much better than all the printers I have owned. Easy to change ink cartridges. Have not encountered any problems to print not like my other printers.

easy to use/learn functions
I do not know how I ever got by without automatic double sided printing!
You must turn off dbl sided printing if you only want single pages. [duh]
I also like the printing options ex: fast; grey; quick grey; text only; text+image etc.
Not sure about the ink yet.... looks positive...I have yet to change from the starter packs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ease of set up was very good; however, I had to call the tole free number for initial instructions that were very helpful. The rest I could figure out from the included instructions. Since I could not remember the password for a my wireless setup, I decided to follow the instructions for a USB setup, something I could not do with an HP printer several years ago. Everything is working fine and gives a very clear copy quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
