Great printer

I'm very happy with my printer. It's intuitive, fast, quiet. I particularly like the 2-sided printing feature, the large paper tray (don't have to fill very often) and the B&W/Color print buttons. Scanning is easy from either the printer or computer. The wireless connection works well and is pretty fast, as does the feed tray (and it's either one or two sided as well, another plus). Haven't had it long enough to know about how long an ink cartridge lasts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I researched printers to replace my old printer and thought this would best and economical. Every time paper is replaced particularly when copying, the size needs confirmation though the guides have not changed. The touch panel is not responsive so I need to use the eraser end of a pencil to push it. Need to change to back slot from cassette every time rather than resetting when finished using it since it only allows for one item at a time. While it is printing a document I cannot go to another or check email or it will not complete the printing. Use only Epson ink, but the black nozzle its clogged and printing is now getting uneven on some of the others as well. Nozzle clean does not clear it, so will have to figure out how to clean them. It is quicker than the old printer. I use this for 4 nonprofits for which I do graphic and secretarial work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

so far I am pleased with the product. However I am new at this and so far I haven't learned how to scan from the product to my computer. Any help on this will be appreciated.

I needed a scanner, Fax machine and a printer. This product provides all of that. It seems to be a good product. Very easy to set up.

I am very pleased with Epson WF-3620. I am still using the same ink that it came with. It is super easy to use and extremely fast. Purchase this all in one, you will be glad you did!
