very easy machine to use, lets see how long this works, many printers that were used very little, the paper feeder always breaks, get stuck, after that it never works, spent lots of money on spare ink to waste it because I have to buy another machine, what a waste of my $$$, hopefully this machine will last longer than a year before breaking down, I did recycle the old printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this all in one 4 months ago. I could not be more pleased. All the features are great. It's easy to use and set up was a breeze. Setting up the wireless portion was a bit difficult but one call to customer service and I was up and running in less than 2 minutes. I have not had any problems at all. Overall, I would recommend anyone buy this printer, you will be glad that you did.

This printer actually does perform beyond what I expected. The double-sided printing is awesome. I thought the paper was going to get caught as it turns it or whatever it does for printing on both sides. Well, it didn't and now when I have multiple print jobs I don't sit there and watch it. I does exactly, without hesitation, what you program it to do, and does it swiftly. Don't know why I waited so long to get another Epson. Will stay with Epson. Not switching to another brand. This has already been recommended to others and ordered one also, only did the 3640. Oh, and setting it up was an easy task online. The hardest thing to do reguarding this printer was unpacking it!!!!!

quality print with duplex feature which I use most & ink is expensive but it lasts long.... been using it for a year & never had any issues so far....
