The printer spooler fails all the time I have only been able to use as a fax. Very disappointing

I've purchased two of these and both have never printed pages without blurred or missing type. You can't control the print quality from either the printer or smartphone or tablet. Don't purchase this unit, it's a waste of time and money.

I usually buy another brand of printer but have liked Epson in the past so I bought another one. The WF-3620 printer works well and has good print quality, with one flaw I see.
I need to print a lot. When I purchased the printer, the supplied ink printed long enough for me to get a clean page. I had to keep cleaning the cartridges until it was out of ink, which was not too many times. I also purchased new ink cartridges at the same time I purchased the printer. Those had the same issue. I printed about 20 pages and then was out of ink again.
My issue was not with the printer but with the ink. I used a different manufacturers ink and am now very happy with this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 15-year old sheet-fed printer works.
My brand new Epson 3620 also works - sometimes.
It is unpredictably good and bad. Mostly bad.
It is, however, a GREAT paperweight.
Next, thinking of trying it out as a boat anchor.
As a printer?
Not so much.
Don't waste your time or money on this junk.

WF-3620 first impressions

From the time I started un-packaging I was up and running in 15 minutes on wireless. Simple directions. The on screen preview is really nice. The Epson scan feature is easy to use and I liked the options on where to save the files as opposed to having to live with a default. USB and SD card slots are nice. Great all in one for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A pretty good printer

I have had the printer installed for a week and find it be easy to use, very fast and produces a neat and clean copy. At this time I haven't tried all of the features mainly because I need a copy of instructions and have been unable to obtain one. Epson needs to include this in the installation instructions or at least provide easy internet access to allow the user to print it. The installation was relatively easy but a few more detailed illustrations would have been helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Printer

I have only had this printer 2 days but so far I like it. It was reasonably priced compared to a lot of the "bigger" printers. It did take longer to set up the printer with wi-fi than my other printers. But I like the fact that you can print, fax and copy and scan with this one. It also has top feed for copying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First, the price for a printer with these features is outstanding. Installation as a wireless network printer was a breeze. I have only had it for a week but find that it is even faster than my previous WF 3520. The touch screen is intuitive and settings can be changes easily. The ability to copy, scan or fax from a 2 sided original is probably the feature I like best.
I would recommend this to a friend!
