Magenta Nozzles not working after 1.25 years

This printer worked well but now has defective magenta nozzles. I use this just for home use and print at least once a week minimum and found black streaks on a page. After doing multiple cleaning cycles I can't get the magenta to work as it should.
I purchased my Workforce printer figuring since it was made for business use it would last but this Epson printer let me down.

After frustrating experiences with other printer brands, I did a good amount of research to choose my next home printer. For quality, value, and overall positive reviews, I chose the WF-3620. The set up was easy and the test prints came out clear. So far, very happy with this product.

I have used this all-in-one printer for about a month and am extremely sastisfied with it's performance. Installation caused few problems although I still can't get the fax connected and the color could be better.
The wireless Wi-Fi connection from my iPhone and tablet was seemless and greatly improves productivity. The 2-sided printing reduces costs.

Touchy disc to get installed I stuck with it and finally got it installed. Very vague istructions about Wireless so I just got an old cable from old printer and went with that. You should include a fax cable and printer cable with each printer.
The price and large capacity of paper and double sided copies sold me. The Epson rep was in the store and was able to tell me how efficient this printer is. Sounds very plastic and weak. Time will tell. So far, so good.
