I purchased this printer for my home office. The price was appealing, giving the fact that it dose so much. The scanner is the best that I have ever owned! The copier is so clear, and the fax is fab too.

Wow! I LOVE this printer! I wish I had switched to Epson years ago! Great and FAST printing for a 'small' printer. Colors are excellent and ink seems to last a long time. I definitely recommend this printer!

the WF 3620 has updated features and a better paper tray I am still trying to set it up to print from i phone, as this was the main reason for purchase other than the fax in the old printer was destroyed by lightning

Workflow Features Need Polishing

I expected this printer to have some of the productivity features available in business-class printers, and to some extent it does but it's missing important productivity features which is very annoying.
I was hoping that this printer came with a standard version of the "free" Document Capture Pro" software for scanning. Instead, it comes with EPSON Scan which makes scanning receipts, invoices, etc. a major chore because it does not have any useful organization features built-in, which might be ok for home use, but not business. I think that the fax feature probably adds un-necessary cost and would be better off with something that is cloud-based instead.
A small but incredibly useful feature would be the ability to print addresses onto envelopes from a stored template in the printer.
I think that EPSON needs to do a market study asking small business users about the features they are interested and not interested in.

great all in one printer

very good general purpose printer, i would derinetly recommend this printer to family/friends. very straight forward in string up but at first had to play around with it. i did have problems it recognizing my phone when connected to usb but still would have to trouble shoot but other than that very happy with my purchase.
