This is a good inexpensive item if you need to be able to print in color, make photocopies and scans.

Easy to Set Up/Fast/Quiet

This is my second wireless printer. I was a little intimidated at first after unpacking, but I was surprise at how easy it was to get up and running. It is quiet and has a fast response and print time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New to Epson Printer WF-3620

The instructions provided could be a little more detailed even if you are a little tech savvy or have installed a printer before. Printing looks nice and clear. Haven't had a chance to review ink usage. Hope it lasts longer than my previous printer. There was a problem getting the disc to install from my laptop but it finally accepted it. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Faxing never works

The machine always prints out an error yet the fax will sometimes go through. Incredibly frustrating - have to call the recipient every time I want to send something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the printer. Just bought it for my home business. A later review would be in order to see how it does over time. Set up and registration was very easy though and it looks like it will do a great job.

LOVE the workforce line

This is my second workforce. I've owned a workforce 500 for many, many years and it's still going strong, so the choice was simple for me to buy the wireless version of what Epson was producing, and I am VERY happy. Set up was extremely user friendly, and the print quality for my home office and personal use is outstanding. LOVE the ease of use for wireless too!
