Easy to use

Super easy to set up However, i'd give 5 stars but the scanner adds vertical lines to all my scan. these are clean copies being used and there's no info on how to fix it.

english instruction sheet is not clear;
too remove all the blue tape you must open the lid.
This is not depicted clearly.
Also downloading of software drivers doesn't lead you to the next step after drivers are downloaded???

I really like this new printer and it was so easy to set up. I set it up to print from two laptops and my iPhone, I'm usually not very good at setting up stuff like that I'm 56 and kind of computer illiterate, but this was easy enough that I could even do it, I love being able to print from my iPhone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer

I have used Epson products before, but never an all-in-one printer. This printer offers a number of features, wireless, remote printing, its own email address, scanning and the front and rear printing capabilities. As a photographer, I find all these features a definitive plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great "All in One"

We had another well known brand; it was a total disaster, replacing a good one of the same brand. When it caused trouble that is far too extensive to list here, we took it back to the selling store, and they were very decent and let us turn it back for this WF3620. This machine was great from the get go; hooked it up, and it has run perfectly since. There just are no complaints about this machine. Guess I shouldn't say that, because it will fail tomorrow...but...it is a great printer scanner copier for the price. Haven't used the fax function; don't really need it but it's nice to know it's there, if we do need it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Probably an average machine. The paper tray for new paper and the paper tray for printed copies is a poorly designed arrangement, could have been much better designed like other printers, and the trays do not move easily. Using the copy mode can be complicated, had to call help line to resolve some issues, could not get the copy mode to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a 74 year old PhD Engineer retired. I have use computers since 1989 but I do not consider myself computer literate. I always seem to screw-up device/software installations. This was a piece of cake. It worked first time through. Thank you. Al Stevens
