This is my second Epson printer. In my line of business of sales and constant contact with customers I must have a reliable printer. Epson has been that for me whether printing or scanning, I have had great quality and success with this printer/scanner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some of us re not tech savvy. Please put more detail in the set up (quick) giude. Such as, where to put paper.
Also remind people to take ALL stroform and blue tape off, as the printer has a spaz attack.

connection problems

the printer is a pain in the neck to connect to the cloud. I use my phone for emails and such but can't print from phone because printer won't connect to the cloud. I've registered the printer and have printer email address but no good. as far as printing from the computer I enjoy the Wi-Fi set up because I use a laptop and can go anywhere in the house and print. the prints look great but don't try to use the Epson connect services

Easy to set up for printing and photocopying. Print quality is good, but "communication error" makes it impossible to scan and send image to the computer.
