Amazing! This does absolutely everything you need it to do. I have a small business and there is no question of its ability to perform all tasks I need. And yes it works great with windows 10.

Nice machine. The set up documentation is inadequate. A manual is needed and there is no direction anywhere to find it on-line. I happened to stumble on it searching the internet.

DIFFICULT

This is not my first rodeo -- Setup had to be gone thru twice to complete. I drove 30 miles to the store bought the printer drove home is less time than it took to do the setup.
My experience with my 3640 has been good. Hopefully the 3620 soon earns this badge.

Set-Up

This is my 3rd Epson product and as before, I had to call your tech support for assistance in completing the set-up. This is terribly inconvenient as you can imagine.
My last Epson WF-3620 broke within the first year and had I not purchased a 2 year extended warranty from the store, I would have received a reurbished replacement from your company. That, by the way is to me unacceptable. If I have any problems with this new unit I will again return it to the store and get a printer made by another company.

~The BEST C/S in the world~

How do you improve on nearly perfect C/S? I don't know because it was the best you could ask for on this particular issue. Just barely had a problem w/tech and that was resolved with a phone call. Incorrect info on postpaid sticker was resolved w/a phone call. So I spent a little bit of time on these issues but things were corrected so I'm pleased!
