great price, does exactly what I expected and more. Previous Epson would not scan on network only if directly connected or to a flash card. Love not having that extra step.

I bought this printer and using it for about 1 month. Its just amazing, the wireless, direct wireless are working perfectly, the printing quality and speed are very nice and the price is really reasonable, and it not making too much noise during working.
I will suggest anybody who need an all in one printer at home or small office to buy it.

After an initial hiccup and talking to Epson customer support I was able to get printer working properly. Great Printer, very fast compared to my old one. Print is very clear with no smudging.

Although I have only had this printer for a month, so far I am very pleased with this unit. The set up was a breeze. The print quality is excellent. I like that even if one of the cartridges is empty, I can still print in black and white. Overall, I am very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used printers for many years so am familiar with them. This is my first Epson and it is very complicated. Even copying a single document is too detailed. Scanning is an option I haven't conquered yet, even though I am following instructions. I think I could have used a more simple printer for my needs. I use the printer most every day so it is an integral part of my life. I have considered taking it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Service...Great Printer

The Epson WF-3620 I purchased in July off 2016 developed a printing problem that could not be resolve. I love the printer and the quality of printing was great. After I called Epson for tech service and we were unable to resolve the issue, i was referred to customer service. Despite the fact that my printer warranty had expired, Epson understood the concerns and I was sent a new printer within two days. That is great customer service and I'm happy to have my WF-3620 working for me again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
