I've had this printer since January, 2015 and it has been working fine. Then it just stopped working right in the middle of a job. I first went on line and did a live chat with a tech person and then followed that up with a call directly to customer service. Everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Problem resolved. Thank you Epson!!!

Use a workforce printer at work, and love it. Helped me decide what printer to get for home when my old one died. So far, the only thing I would like different is a better way to print labels for mass mailings for my Veterans of Foreign Wars newsletters, and the Auxiliary dues notices.

I have loved mine. I love the feature that you can copy a stack of papers and collate them and have not just one but multiple pages. I love that I can use cardstock paper with the rear feed. I took a couple tries to figure that out but it was easy. I need to use it frequently to maintain quality but thankfully I use mine enough. Love it wouldn't want to go without it now.

Works very well

This printer is great, works well prints nicely. My only issues is I find the replacement ink too expensive and use refills which causes the printer to reject for several minutes. Epson should lower the price on ink or allow people to make a choice.

hardware update issues

so far so good, replaced other workforce pringer with a smaller footprint and faster printer
but having issues wiht hardware update default psswds
hopefully get this fixed and then will be five star review, will update as situation changes
