Great printer and user friendly! I have never used my iPhone to print. After reading the "how to" article on setting up iCloud print.

Having only used the printing capability of this printer, I have had excellent service. The color is bright and clear,no smears. I haven't used the fax function or printed photos yet. Hopefully I wont have any problems when I do. I would recommend this AIO printer to others. I am happy with my purchase.

second all in one purchase

we now have two. our first one is old (at least 7 years old)and still going.. had need for second one in office. great quality and price. very dependable.. ink is reasonable in price and also lasts a long time. The first one paid for itself and this one will too.

Epson 3620 Printer

Wow, I thought it would be difficult to setup but I was pleasantly surprised.
I just followed the startup sheet and everything including the latest firmware was completed in about 15 minutes. Everything works great. I haven't used the printer for everyday printing yet and will follow-up with that at a later time. If you are concerned about the setup process and that is holding you back I hope this review has helped.

Installation Process

The installation took longer than I had thought - perhaps since it is a wireless connection. All my previous printers had been wired. When I received a message that it could not be connected wireless, thankfully there was a "work around" that the software suggested and we got connected in sort order. I'm glad I have some tech-smarts - can't imagine how anyone without some knowledge could possibly get through this process.
