Amazingly Easy to Set Up Wireless

I set up from the box and printed from phone, tablet and laptop within with in an hour.

I like the WF-3620 with the exception of one thing. The feed on the top will not ever work. It causes a paper jam every time starting with the first page. I am very disappointed in this because that was one of the biggest selling points for me buying this particular printer, so I could scan multiple pages at once. Other than that, the other features work well. All in all, I would not buy another one, nor would I recommend this product to someone because of this happening, If you do not need the top feeder then buy a printer that is cheaper. If I had another printer that the top feeder worked, then I would be thrilled about this product.

Great Multi Task Printer

This is a great printer. I love the finished product. I must admit that I feel that I can never have enough ink on hand. It uses a lot of ink because I print a lot of quilting patterns with beautiful pictures. I'm also guilty of using it for pictures and to make labels for my quilts, so it gets a good work out.
I also use it for word documents and am pleased with its performance there as well.
It more than meets my needs.

I am disappointed with this printer. The paper tray for completed copies does not retract smoothly. It appears it is catching on something and has to be forced. Also, the fax capabilty needs upgrading. You cannot easily determine if the fax has been sent neither can you hear if the phone number dialed is ringing. Print acknowledgement is slow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The use of this printer is good. But, there is one draw back that I feel needs an improvement. the ink colors will not last you very long. It is very expensive to buy packages of ink.
I found also, if you replace ink, it takes a couple of tries before it does print.
I find just like a lot of home printers the color ink is to small if you really want to use it to print color pictures.
There are however nice features, like B/W to save on using the color ink.It also, will tell you when it requires maintence and it is to understand, because it tells you what to do.
The set up was very easy to install...it is a low to medium type printing.

I really like this printer. It is super fast, easy to install, easy to navigate. The quality always comes out nice even when the ink is low.

solid printer solid support

I have two of these and they have been solid, economical and have a good feature set. I do a lot of home office printing and copying and need a balance of economy and features and this seems to fit the bill nicely. The wireless setup via WPS is a breeze and the ink cartridges seem to have decent economy to them. I did have one issue with one of the printers and the automatic document feed feature. I called support and Alex expertly got me straightened out in less than 5 minutes which is impressive. I might be able to give it 5 stars but I want a little longer time to see how the printer is through a few cartridge replacement cycles.

New device ordered direct and it was unfortunately damaged in shipping. Epson reps made it right, and they made it right quick. Love the printer, easy to setup, fast, great quality. Would recommend again to friends and family looking for a new MFP. Thanks Epson!
