Print quality is poor on mine

I keep changing the ink and my print quality is poor and many lines are blurred. I have been very disappointed.

I have had two replacement machines and have better luck with my Epson NX420 Series. The machine I have now was my second replacement...the serial number on the machine is SEDY172096...but your system said it is not valid....so I put in the prior replacement Serial number to get registered. After six months of use, could not get the printer to FAX or Scan...but it would print and copy. Tried to reload software, to no avail. I ran out of ink on my NX420 so am going to try this one again. Very difficult machine to understand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good printer

The printer does everything that I need it to do at a reasonable cost. Scan, Copy, and Print are what I need and it does all of these fairly well.
As with all cartridge type ink jet printers, the cartridges, especially the extra large size, are expensive. I especially like the rear paper access for special papers and envelopes. The print quality is excellent when doing photos

Great looking printer, though it took over half an hour to go through the install process.

I have had several Epson printers and this WF3620 meets all of my expectations. There are features I haven't used yet but am looking forward to exploring the whole machine. Ultimately, the WF3620 is easy to use and prints
beautifully.

The first computer in my life (1964) was in a building at my university called 'Rand Hall.' Students delivered boxes of punched cards to that building, and returned several hours later to pickup their printouts.
I remember when 'Personal Computers' were introduced (1970s-80s). They were 'Personal.' Owners could open them up with a screwdriver, and change the circuit boards.
So here I am in 2016, retired and purchasing & installing a new printer-copier-FAX-(etc.) on my home laptop. I still can follow instructions, and was able to get my Epson WF-3620 up & running in one lengthy work session.
I am looking forward to seeing what new capabilities are available to me in my home office.
