Easy to install. Nice appearance.
Printing is crisp and clear. Easy to see and read.
When I had a question, it was simple to access the chat room and get help. I'm not a technology person, so things that are easy for others, are a challenge to me. I love the helpful resources Epson has.

the printer ink springs were twisted causing the blue printer ink to not be recognized. needless to say, i cannot print a thing right now.

After reading for part of a day on different printers to invest in I decided on the Epson WF-3620. Installed drivers from Windows 10 from Epson, turned on my printer and set it up per its step by step instructions. Easy as it can be.
Can't wait to play with all its features.

Third Epson

The first one lasted over 10 years and my use of non Epson ink finally did it in. Use Epson ink and don't learn the hard way like I did. The second lasted about 2 years and was still on warranty so I received my new one today and sent the old one back all free of charge. I received step by step installation instructions via phone for the new wireless multi function printer which was great. I always seem to have trouble with setting up any computer stuff but Epson made it easy. Thank you Epson.

Will not let me write a true review of their product or service. Major issues. Never purchased a worse product. Crazy to purchase another. Please do not fall into this trap.
