Scanner

Only issue is feeding multiple pages thru scanner. Older documents will not feed properly. Wants to pull multiple sheets in which does not allow for proper scanning.

My new Printer

I like my New printer, it prints fast & has a lot of options. The cartages are a little exspensive. I was not pleased with cartages shipped with printer very, very little ink in the cartridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was looking for a printer that was all in one where I could be able to do things at home such as copy, print, scan, fax ! I love the fact that the printer is wireless and I can print from my computer or my phone. The quality of the printing has been amazing, above and beyond what I expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

YUCK - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. It always looses the IP address, will not connect to computers or devices. Always having to reconfigure settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer

We needed an all-in-one printer that also faxed. Very pleased with the easy setup & to connect to WiFi. Much faster than our old Epson Artisian 710.
Document feeder works well. I've started scanning documents, instead of saving hard copies, because the feeder works well in single side & in duplex mode.
The only negative comment we have is that photos aren't as "crisp" as the Artisian, so we're keeping it for photo printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for Card Makers

Have had the WF-3620 almost three months and have been using it a lot. Bought it because it will print on cardstock with no problems. In fact I'm already on my second set of ink. As I said, I use it a lot for my hand made cards. Mostly use it for carstock and envelopes but I do occasionally use it for paper too. Have also used the scanner. Works great.
If you are a card maker, you will absolutely LUV this printer! It will print on all different brands, colors, and weights of cardstock. And it's easy to use.

Good product

This All in One is easy to set up for printing, copying, and scanning, and printing from an iPad or iPhone. It is not easy to set up for faxing, and I've had major problems with that.
It does print nicely with a sharp clear print. Other than the faxing problem, we have been happy with this product.
