I just found their customer relation department to be very helpful in getting a WF3620 replacement to me.......I have used Epson for many years, this is probably my 5th one and I would use nothing else...........I recommend them to anyone in the market for a printer..........

well so far my biggest problem is I have never got this machine to give me but just 6 choices when it comes to paper and the only ones listed are photo type paper, other than that I bought it because of the ink and the features. Also the turning it on you have to press the button several times to kick on, aggravating!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Prints fast and clearly and performs very well. The copy option is wonderful that I don't have to put each individual page on the scanner.

For the price, this is a great printer, copier, scanner and fax machine. I am a little concerned about ink use age and cost but not enough experience to condemn it. I am convinced the large content inks are necessary.
My only negative is the paper tray functions. Close quarters between it and the paper exit tray makes it awkward till you get accustomed to it. To convert from paper to envelopes takes too long if printing one or two addresses. Faster to just hand address.
Printer setup and support are superior. I would purchase this printer again without hesitation.

Once I contacted Epson for set-up assistance, the printer worked great. The quicky "Start Up" guide was somewhat brief, leaving me with some questions (i.e.) it said to select your language, date, etc., but not how to do it. I went to install the ink, but couldn't get the cartridge door open. Upon calling for help, the fellow told me "not to open the printer (which the paper showed how to do) until the set-up was completed, using the digital touch screen (which I didn't realize that was what it was). A little more written description on the set-up would be of great help! Anyhow, it's up and running great using our Wi-Fi, which went smooth.

a reliable all-in-one

I actually own two of these all-in-one copiers--home and office. It was a replacement for the Epson WF 600--which I truly loved. I find the WF3620 reliable and easy to use for my purposes--especially when I use the long-lasting ink cartridges. the print quality is good. I do have to clean the ink heads/nozzles regularly. that does not take long. My biggest complaint is that I have never been able to successfully use the back sheet feeder. It is a bother to have to open the paper tray to insert a single form that I need to print.
I would recommend this to a friend!
