I have found the WF-3620 to be an excellent printer/copier/scanner. I am very pleased with the ease of set up and connecting to the wireless network.

Love This Product

I purchased this printer because I was familiar with an older model and love it....This printer is exactly what I needed for my home. It does it all; faxes, copies, scans. I found it easy to set up. And I only know enough technology to get by. I didn't even have to ask for my son's help!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Workforce Overload

I have been in printing for over 25 years and have used Epson wide format printers with great results. The Epson Workforce was extremely hard to set up to do anything. My wife and I tried to set up the printer with my laptop along with our cell phones to no avail. We finally gave up after two to three nights with no results. We finally returned the printer to the vendor and bought a much easier All in One Printer of another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Double sided printing - EASY

The set up and use of the wireless printer was easy. The learning curve to use the printer was not bad. Using it with all devises is wonderful. I have not set up the fax.

Eats Ink!

Loved the extra features like enlargement mode and ADF but print heads EATS INK like crazy. In the first 12 months I spent as much on ink as I originally spent on the printer. Now print head is plugged and ratchets - unreadable. Time to change brands of printer!

PRINTER SET UP

Printer a little difficult to set up as instructions were not clear. Once I figured the printer out, it went smoothly. I have not used yet but the connection went well and test pages printed.
