I love the printer and just hope and pray it will last longer than the Canon printer I purchased before the Epson. It lasted less than two years.

I have one at the office and one at home. The 3620 meets both needs well. Quickly scans multiple pages, does 2-sided copies, and I can print from my phone when necessary. Good product. Never had an issue with it in 2 years.

The first machine I purchased was defective. Return/swap out was excellent.
1-800 Help line was very helpful in resolving hook up problems with WiFi....customer service was very knowledgeable, and helpful, but very hard to understand the cultural accent.

I am very impressed with the quality of the printer products; satisfied with the controls and procedures which enable me to multi-function with ease and confidence. This is my second printer that I had to recycle due to issues that may have been fixable, but there are no resources near me to draw from for certain types of repair like rollers in the above scanner unit. This new choice relieved my frustration as price means a replacement in the future will be the obvious choice over deep repair costs. Besides, for less than my original Epson purchase price I purchased a unit with advanced features. Much advances.

I love my new Epson Work Force WF-3620 All in one printer. It is much faster that my other one and other than I have not figured out the receiving and sending faxes, it is so much superior to the other one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the fourth Epson printer we have owned. They just get better all the time. This printer prints beautiful, copies are bright, better than the original if copying. I would definitely recommend this printer for a moderately priced printer it is great. Also simple to operate.

I find that it is a great printer but not as user friendly as the sales clerk said it would be... Use to have an HP all in one printer that was very user friendly and did not take a lot of steps to make thing happen.. So Epson could learn from this... Other wise very happy with printer
