It was difficult for me to set up. I am really a novice at setting these things up. The directions seemed straight forward, but they did not work for me. It now works after much trial and error, and I am not sure how it happened. The printer works very well now and I am glad that I have it.

I was really nervous about a wireless printer and getting connected. This was so easy after I found my wireless password. The printer prints fast and doesn't use as much ink as my old printer. I am still learning about the features, but I would recommend this printer to anyone.

Preset up problems

Have not set up the wi-fi yet. Wish they had simple instructions to set up as a stand alone copies. Just for copies and not hooked up to any computer. We have another unit already for the computer.
I got this one because we want to do copies and pictures from flash cards while others are on the computer. We like the LCD display and the option features.

So far, the printer is a champ. Quick printing time and great color. I just bought it today. The set-up was challenging for me (over 50.....) I would like the installations instructions to be more clear and better written.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is the best printer I have ever owned. It does it all. With the scanning and faxing features along with the excellent print quality makes it a preferred choice printer. Perfect for home or small office
