Good product good prize

Wireless printer at a reasonable prize. It has quality print at quality setup. Eco printing at two sided hard to read. Making copies from those carbon copy receipt paper it comes out blank unless you increases the quality of the print. The two sided feature is useless. Who wants to print a copy and not be able to read the document. Overall the single sided high quality printing is Excellent. The two sided Eco printing quality needs improvement. The print needs to be readable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice little printer

Now that I've learned how to set up the various functions, it works like a charm. Although, in my opinion, the physical product can't hold a candle to my previous printer, the Artisan 810, it has a distinct advantage with the addition of the rear printing capability for heaver and specialty printing.
Since I use it mostly for printing artistic prints, and photos, I'm really unhappy about the size of the ink cartridges. The Artisan had larger cartridges and they lasted much longer. It was a sturdier machine.

I'd recommend this printer for it's efficiency, and love the wireless setups.

This is a pleasure to have in my home. Wireless works awesome. Prints distinctly and fast. Easy to follow instructions on set up and operation. My printer is almost 50 feet from where I use my laptop in my family room and it receives the wireless connection well. I would recommend this one for the home/business user with no reservations.

Instructions really need to be improved

Instructions for this product installation really need to be improved. Where is the menu? Pictures need to be more clearly shown. It really doesn't tell you where to find things... just to say more than just "turn on and configure"... Please realize that many of us are not children who have grown up with computers and related products. Be clear with more step by step. Like you are telling someone who have never installed a printer before. The instructions assume you know the terms and the process already... very lacking instructions. Feel free to call me if you wish to have further conversation regarding this matter. The printer, however, seem to be very good though I have just installed it and have only printed one page. You really should send a review request after a few weeks so some use has been established. The instructions do need improvement. Thank you

Printer has lived up to more than expected and works fine with a great touch screen and lasting ink supply, ample paper availability, quality prints at a
good rate of speed. Have not had to fax anything as yet, but expect that too will be fine. Overall a quality product for home and office for both black and white and color. Set up was easily accomplished, and auto feed is an added plus that works great.

very nice printer fast good f you work from home or have a small business, the Epson WorkForce 3620 is one of the best all-in-one printers on the market. It can print, copy, scan and fax, and it has a myriad of wireless connectivity options. Because of its versatility and wireless connectivity

Initial Setup

So far so good - initial set-up was easy enough. 1st test page did not print so I had to initiate the troubleshooter which fixed the problem.
Too early to determine how the printer will function - have yet to use any of the other functions.
