Set Up Error

I just got my printer home, plugged it in and I get an Error Code: 0x69. I don't know what that is. Now I have to research how to fix it, and it hasn't even been used yet. This is very frustrating.

Installing Epson Printer

Installation extremely difficult, troublesome and time-consuming. Touchscreen extremely difficult for somebody with thick and thimble-fingers rather than nimble fingers. Prompts and instructions not intuitive at all.
On the plus side, the Epson Support people were extremely cooperative and helpful in stepping me through the installation process. I erred by missing an opportunity to propose marriage to the two women who helped me.
I have yet to print more than 2 pages and so I cannot yet evaluated the printer itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I researched printers before I bought one . FOR A LONG TIME. This printer was supposed to be the best. I have had it for about a year and it has never printed good. Right now the cyan color is not printing at all. All of the colors are full and the printer says it is okay. But it is NOT.

My Experiences with My EPSON WF-3620 Printer

I love the printed pages that come from this printer, in black & white (it is for this reason that I would recommend it to others). However, When copying via the ADF function, even if only 12 pages are to be copied, it pulls multiple pages thru at the same time, so I have to go thru the copies page by page and manually print the pages that were pulled thru without being copied. Also, when I first bought this printer, the colored copies were so beautiful that I could hardly tell them from the originals; now, the colored copies come out with slightly faded colors, especially the reds, pinks, blues & yellows. I also had it setup to receive faxes, but the fax-receive function unexpectedly disappeared. Now I'm having trouble trying to get the fax-receive function set back up. I'm now trying to send pictures from my smartphone to this printer and they're not connecting. I had Verizon's tech support guide me thru the steps of setting up the printer's function to be able to receive communications from my smartphone, but it still cannot receive pictures from my smartphone. All-in-all, I would recommend this printer, mainly because of the affordable price, its black & white printing and its ability to SEND OUT faxes, which has saved me so much money from paying stores to send my faxes that this printer has paid for itself, not to mention the matter of stay-at-home convenience.

Pleasant upgrade

I've been an Epson user since the mid 1980's. My new Epson WF 3620, while not being used as a workhorse, still is expecxted to perform better than my last which was a CX4600. Easy set-up, wireless is fast, quality seems right on the mark.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered ink and it came very quick and no mess while replacing the certridges like there was when I tried using an off-brand ink cartrige with my former printer.
