A pain in the rear end

This is the absolute worst printer when it comes to setting it up. I am very computer literate and this thing is taking me hours to setup. I would not buy it again!!!

We have owned this wf-3620 for about 70 days and today after printing, I needed to scan an item and it went into a locked mode with scanner error code 0x10
cant do anything, followed the prescribed problem checklist and checked for any potential paper jams, none found. powered down and back up several times. no go.
not impressed. when it was working it was fast and has some nice features, but here I sit on a Friday night trying to get work done and its a paper weight....

Difficult to set up

We have numerous devices sharing this one printer. For some reason, it was exceptionally difficult to set up. I have loaded numerous printers over the years, and this one was the most finicky. I chose Epson, because I have had excellent luck with them in the past. I would not recommend this printer unless you a techie.

I bought this yesterday I also own a 3620 I love these printers they are easy to use and great for a home office there is everything you need all in one

bought 12/15/16 Thursday, un- boxed friday ,Instruction #2 turn on and configure
finished and the scan tried to do its job than red light came on and the error code appeared in the window ox69 see epson.com support

Fast and clarity in photos and printing.

Just purchased printer and the copier prints fast with excellent clarity. The photos come out with very good quality. Setup was easy and with no complication in setup procedures. Last two printers were name brand and did not print as well. Highly recommend this product for the price and value.

SO, SO NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS USE

WE USE THIS PRINTER AT A SMALL BUSINESS AND IT SJUST NOT FAST ENOUGH. IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO SCAN, AND PRINT. IT IS PRETTY FAST IF YOU ARE JUST MAKING COPIES OF ONE DOCUMENT. I DO LIKE THE FACE PLATE AND HAVING THE NUMBER BUTTONS TO SEND FAXES. I HAVE USED THIS PRINTER FOR 11 MONTHS NOW AND I THINK ITS ON ITS LAST LEG. ITS MESSING UP EVERY 5TH LINE WHEN I TRY AND PRINT SOMETHING. ITS JUST A PAIN. THE WORST PART IS IT GOES THROUGH INK LIKE A LARGE SUV GOES THROUGH GAS. I THINK IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WANT TO BUY FOR AT HOME USE FOR KIDS TO PRINT THERE HOMEWORK OR TO USE IT TO PRINT THINGS OFF LINE THEN ITS FINE, BUT DEFINITELY NOT GOOD FOR A BUSINESS.

Great Printer BUT RARELY WORKS

When I first got this printer it was everything I ever wanted in a printer. As we've moved, changed internet modems, and as it has gone through different updates, I can rarely get it to work. In the past I have not been able to find a solution but I am hopeful seeing that EPSON has updated their website which so far seems more user friendly.
