Two printers WF-3620 sets up ok, but never prints. Full ink cartridges but nothing ever prints...blank paper. Did all the updates from the website...waste of time and money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I BOUGHT MACHINE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRINTING AND COPIES. HOWEVER WHEN IN INSTALLED XL ON ALL COLORS AND BLACK THE COLORS ALL COME OUT SHOWING GREEN.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I own the WF3640. I was told that the WF3620 is the same machine but with one paper tray instead of two like the 3640.
the setup process for the 3620/3640 is a bit long but the setup is well documented and easy to follow. I could see someone with less experience having anxiety about half way through. My wife would have given up immediately and called tech support. the test prints are sharp and crisp and colorful.

Easy Set-up

I haven't used the printer yet, however I have to say that the set-up was flawless. I kept expecting something to go wrong...but here I am all ready to go in about 1 hour.
I would recommend this to a friend!
