Dead on arrival

Sadly, I never got the printer past it's setup. It just kept grinding and giving me an error message. Took it back to the store.

Installing my new Epson WF-3620

This was the easiest to install printer I have ever owned. Everything went according to instructions on the installation disk. Thanks for making it work so well. It provides clean crisp black and white, and alive color printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was disappointed when my WF-3620 stopped being reliable. It was barely a year old! For a couple months I put up with the printer as it appeared to jam (but there was no jam) and then required me to turn it off and on again in order to maybe work. When I finally had the time to contact Epson, I was ready to be told, "tough luck." To my surprise and delight, however, Epson acknowledged the problem and was prepared to ship me a new printer! I received it within days, and am back in business. That's what I call good customer service and I'm happy to let others know about it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

WiFi issues

The printer prints nicely. The set up is for the most part simple. The wifi from PC to Printer works well, however the printer knocks me off the internet. I have tried deleting and reinstalling Epson software. Re setting modem, and on and on and on. I am on the internet right now, if I were to plug the power cord of the printer in, I will be knocked of the internet, both to my TV and PC. This is a very FRUSTRATING issue. I have spend DAYS trying to resolve this and I have not been able to. I even downloaded new drivers etc from Epson's site. NADA nothing so far has worked.

Why did you deviate from industry standards?

This is my first Epson printer. Previously, I had worked in an engineering firm which used Epson printers. Good product, I thought... It was like landing on another planet. The learning curve has been unlike any other printer I have ever used. Still can't get an envelope to print from the rear feed without messing up all other settings and print macros I wrote in the 1990s (word) no longer work. This is the first computer tool/accessory I have purchased in twenty years that I couldn't figure out on the fly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Print Heads Clog

Great quality when it works. Print heads clog frequently. Print head cleaning time is lengthy. Difficulty in setting it up with wireless.
