the touch screen will not take the letter/number you touch.

It took 10 time as long to set it up with having to use the touch screen.

Difficult to Setup

I spent 6 hours today trying to set this printer up to print wirelessly. I followed the instructions fastidiously, but it would not connect. I downloaded the software package a total of 5 separate times before finally getting the drivers to work. After 5.8 hours, I gave up and call the tech support in India. After about 15 minutes of explaining the issue to the help desk, I finally figured out what I needed to do. Very difficult, I sure hope the printer works better than the set up instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new Epson printer. it was so easy to set up. The sales person recommended going online and downloading the set up instead of using the CD. Good idea.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer for the price

This is a great printer for home use. Ink cost appear to be better than my previous printer. Picture quality is good but I wish it would print border less photos. Print speed is good for the type of printing I do.
