just got this printer, works great so far, originally wanted the Epson 4550, but decided against it because I would not be printing every day, that one would have a need to be used every day, this one suited my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement for an old HP printer that was worn out. So far it's been great, no installation, set up problems and user friendly. Does everything needed for our use. Seems I made a good choice.

I shopped very carefully before I decided to purchase the Epson Workforce WF-3620. I am so glad I did. The title is correct....it is very much a "Workforce"

Fantastic Machines

I have used Epson printers for years. I am on my third one in about 18 years. I now sell them for Office Depot and the workforce is my go-to machine for someone wanting quality and ease of use.

My favorite home printer.

I've had many printers over the years. Many of them I ended up buying another printer instead of more ink, but I love this printer. What is there to say? For the price, it prints fast and has most all of the features you would want for your home, printing, faxing, or copying.

Adequate for most home use

This printer well works for small quantity printing and the double-sided printing feature works very well, however there are two basic problems with this printer. First it is s-l-o-o-w-w so you better allow plenty of time (an hour or more) if you are planning to print 10 copies of a 10 page 2-sided document,,,and pray there is no misfeed. The second problem is the ink capacity is extremely limited. if you print a couple hundred sheets you are likely to deplete both the black and at least one color cartridge. I had to purchase a large capacity black cartridege within a few days after I first started using this printer. Since it did not cost very much I am not going to ask for my money back, I just would not purchase this model again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
